Kilkenny County Council has just launched a new Christmas competition open to secondary school students. Called Funk up a Jumper it's aim is to encourage teenagers to create their own Christmas jumper using recycled materials & second hand clothes. The competition is supported by local charity shops, Kilkenny Chamber and Kilkenny County Council. Competition details were issued to all secondary schools & information is also available on www.kilkennycoco.ie. The competition deadline is November 25th.
