This report, published in December 2016, was commissioned on behalf of the three waste management planning regions. It analyses the national waste capacity market for the safe treatment of soil wastes from construction and demolition processes. The report reviews existing soil recovery facilities  and quantifies the capacity available to meet current and future market demand.
